I’m Joe Bryan Solis — a Realtor®, real estate investor, entrepreneur, and owner of StoneRidge Homes LLC proudly serving the Rio Grande Valley. My passion for real estate started long before I became a licensed agent. Through years of hands-on experience in investing, construction, and business ownership, I’ve built a strong understanding of what it takes to create long-term value through real estate.

Before entering real estate full-time, I owned and operated a successful electronics repair business for over 10 years. My wife and I began our journey by investing in land and building projects from the ground up, eventually developing our own RV park and event venue in Rio Grande City. Those experiences taught me the importance of hard work, smart investing, and creating opportunities for families and business owners alike.

Today, alongside helping clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate, I’m also building homes through StoneRidge Homes LLC — a company focused on delivering quality craftsmanship, modern design, and beautiful homes throughout the Rio Grande Valley.
